Orders are processed within 24-72 hours from the time of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays in Romania. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and are estimates only, as we rely on third-party couriers and suppliers in our dropshipping model:

International (Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, UK): 6-15 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination and customs processing.
